our history
The founders’ story begins in Germany, where they had operated for decades in a variety of real estate ventures. For several years, they sourced undervalued properties, created strategic business plans and consulted with a number of banks, private equity firms, well-known corporations, family offices and other high-net-worth individuals. With an already stellar performance record in that field they then located, re-developed and managed their own multi-family properties applying the same successful actions and plans they had found to be profitable.
After a number of accomplishments in Germany, they decided to shift their focus to international opportunities. Finding America to be an expanding market with high potential, the Otto team decided to move their business to the United States beginning with the growing population of Florida.
